YOUR ROLE
You will have a key role in our fast-paced organization. Using your previous experience working for a private lender, you will strategize and implement a scale-up of the business. You will work within and across teams to find new marketing opportunities and partnerships, optimize the existing digital marketing strategy, and improve ROI. You will work with the sales team to improve conversions and recommend new sales strategies. You will help improve the product line up, and drive tech innovation. You will report directly to the executive team and be able to get things done without “red tape”.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a scale-up strategy to double business revenue in 12 months
- Improve marketing and sales process and conversions
- Increase return on investment
- Be a strategic asset and advisor to senior executives
- Brainstorm and implement any new ideas, growth hack to success
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
- Experience working for a non-bank construction lender in a similar role
- 5+ years in a strategic sales or marketing experience
- Experience scaling up companies and/or teams
