Your Role:
As the Loan Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our lending platform. You will oversee the full lifecycle of construction draw management, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and manage borrower communications for loans that require attention. This is a high-impact, detail-oriented position. Your ability to manage processes, collaborate across teams, and resolve issues with professionalism will be key to maintaining the health of our loan portfolio and delivering exceptional service to our borrowers.
Location: Hybrid, occasional days in the West Hartford, CT office

Key Responsibilities:
Construction Draw Management
- Calculate and process rehab draw disbursements on a daily basis
- Coordinate with borrowers, inspectors, and internal teams to verify draw requests
- Maintain accurate records of all draw activity and budget tracking
- Generate and maintain reports related to loan servicing, loan status, delinquencies, and other key performance indicators
- Assist with the upkeep of internal loan management systems
- Provide insights and trend analysis to support portfolio decisions
- Proactively engage with borrowers to resolve delinquencies and past due accounts
- Monitor loan performance and work collaboratively with internal teams to identify and resolve issues early
- Support investor and internal reporting on delinquent loans and recovery efforts
- Tackle a range of operational tasks as needed to support the lending and servicing teams
- Identify process improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and customer experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate—experience can include roles in lending, brokerage, real estate investment, title, or related fields
- Strong understanding of real estate processes, especially as they relate to construction and loan servicing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with borrowers and internal stakeholders
- High level of organization, reliability, and initiative
- Familiarity with loan servicing platforms, Excel, and CRM systems a plus
